Sobha Aurum is a residential project by Sobha Limited in Sector 36, Greater Noida. Sobha's own page calls it "the region's debut project", featuring "two iconic crown-topped towers", one of which it describes as the tallest residential landmark in the neighbourhood.

420 homes on 3.46 acres makes this a compact, vertical project. If you prefer a sprawling low-density township, this is not that.
5. What is the price of Sobha Aurum?
Sobha's project page states "Starting from INR 2.73 Cr.*" with an asterisk. The developer does not publish a full price list for each configuration on that page, so we will not guess one. Ask the developer or your adviser for the current price sheet, and check what is included: parking, club membership, PLC and maintenance deposits.
6. When is possession?

Because developers follow demand. Sobha is best known for its Bengaluru projects, and its website now lists both Gurugram and Greater Noida among its residential cities. When a developer of that profile picks central Greater Noida for its debut here, it tells you something about how the city is now seen.

It may suit you if you want a branded developer, a compact high-rise with a full clubhouse, and an address in central Greater Noida rather than on the expressway. The range from 1 bedroom at 739.28 sq ft to 4 bedrooms at 2,306.38 sq ft also gives investors and end users different entry points in the same project.
It may not suit you if you need to move in before 2030, or if you want a low-density layout with large open greens. 420 homes on 3.46 acres is a vertical project by design. Families who want to be close to Greater Noida West's societies and schools should compare it with Sobha Rivana first.
Either way, do not decide on brand alone. Compare the cost per sq ft of carpet area, the payment plan and the declared completion date with at least two alternatives before you book.
