YEIDA Plot Scheme 2026 (RPS10) Explained: 973 Plots Near the Airport and How to Apply
15 July 2026 · Rise Propworld Team
YEIDA has opened RPS10/2026, offering 973 residential plots in Sectors 15C, 18 and 24A near Noida International Airport. Here is what it costs, how the draw works and what to check before you apply.
A Scheme Landing at the Right Time
YEIDA has run residential plot schemes before. This one is different, and not because of the paperwork.
RPS10/2026 is being allotted after Noida International Airport actually started flying passengers, not before, and not on a promise. That single fact changes how serious buyers are treating this scheme compared to earlier ones. When we wrote about the airport opening back in June, we said YEIDA would respond fast. This scheme is that response.
What RPS10/2026 Actually Offers
The scheme covers 973 residential plots spread across Sectors 15C, 18 and 24A, all sitting close to the airport boundary and the broader Yamuna Expressway corridor.
Plot sizes are split across multiple categories, so there is room for both end-user family plots and larger, investment-sized parcels. Applications opened on April 6, 2026, and the window has already been extended once, with the latest deadline pushed to June 30, 2026. An extension this late in the process usually means one thing: demand is running ahead of what the authority expected.
Allotment happens through a computerised draw, which is standard practice for YEIDA. Applying does not guarantee you the sector or size you want. It only gets you into the draw.
Who Should Actually Apply
This scheme is not automatically right for everyone, even though the marketing around it makes it sound that way.
It makes sense if you are looking for a long-term plotted asset in a sector with confirmed authority backing, if you can handle the paperwork and waiting period that comes with government schemes, and if you are comfortable with the fact that possession and development timelines for YEIDA sectors have historically run slower than private developments nearby.
It makes less sense if you need a ready-to-move home in the next year or two, or if you are not prepared to sit through a draw process that may not go your way on the first attempt.

How the Application Actually Works
Broadly, the process runs like this. You register on the official YEIDA portal, fill in your category and sector preference, upload the required documents, and pay the registration amount along with the processing fee. Once the application window closes, YEIDA runs a computerised draw for each sector and plot category. If you are selected, you get a provisional allotment letter, followed by a schedule for the remaining payment in instalments. Possession and registry follow once development in that sector reaches the required stage.
Seedha baat karte hain, this is not a same-week process. Budget for months, not weeks, between application and actual allotment confirmation.
What to Check Before You Apply
A few things buyers skip in the excitement of a fresh scheme, and regret later.
Check the exact development status of your chosen sector, not just the brochure map. Sectors 15C, 18 and 24A are at different stages of road and utility development, and that difference matters for how soon you can actually build or sell. Check the full payment schedule, including what happens if you want to exit before possession. Check whether resale is allowed before registry, and under what conditions. And check the fine print on what happens if your sector's development gets delayed, because with government schemes, that clause matters more than the price itself.

If the Draw Does Not Go Your Way
Not everyone who applies gets allotted, and that is simply how a draw-based scheme works. If you miss out, you are not out of options.
The private plotted and farmhouse market around the same corridor has matured a lot faster than most YEIDA sectors, precisely because it does not depend on a draw. Prakriti Luxury Farm Houses, for instance, sits near Tech Zone in the same growth belt, connected to both Greater Noida and the Yamuna Expressway, with plots starting at 1000 sq yd and pricing from around ₹70 lakh. It is RERA registered and registry-ready, which means no draw, no waiting list, and no uncertainty about which sector you end up in.

First-Time Buyers, Read This Too
If this is your first time buying land or a plot in this region, government schemes can feel more confusing than private purchases, simply because of the extra steps involved. Our First-Time Homebuyer Guide for Noida and Greater Noida walks through the basics that apply whether you are going through YEIDA or a private developer, and it is a good companion read alongside this one.
Our Take
RPS10/2026 is a genuinely well-timed scheme. Airport operations have started, the Film City project is moving, and a new metro corridor between Noida and Greater Noida is on the table. Sectors 15C, 18 and 24A sit close to all three of these developments, and that combination does not come around often.
That said, a draw-based government scheme is not the only way to get exposure to this growth corridor, and it is not always the fastest.
