UP International Trade Show 2026 in Greater Noida: Dates, Timings and How to Plan Your Visit
19 September 2026 · Rise Propworld Team
The UP International Trade Show 2026 runs 25 to 29 September in Greater Noida. Dates, business and public hours, the Aqua Line route and a plan for every kind of visitor.

From 25 to 29 September, the UP International Trade Show 2026 takes over India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida. If you live nearby, that is five evenings of entertainment on your doorstep. If you are coming from Delhi, Gurugram or further, it is a good excuse to see Greater Noida properly.
We went through the organisers' own website and pulled out what matters: dates, visitor hours, what is on, and the easiest way to get there. Where we could not confirm something, we say so.
The UP International Trade Show 2026 at a glance
- Dates: 25 to 29 September 2026
- Venue: India Expo Centre and Mart, Greater Noida
- Edition: 4th edition, branded UPITS 4.0
- Organisers: Government of Uttar Pradesh and India Exposition Mart Ltd
- Business hours: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Public hours: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Partner countries: Austria, Belarus, Japan, Russia, Singapore and Vietnam
Everything in that list comes from the official UPITS website, checked on 19 September 2026.
Business hours and public hours are not the same thing
This is the detail first-time visitors miss. The organisers split each day into two windows. The 11 AM to 3 PM slot is labelled business hours. The 3 PM to 8 PM slot is labelled public hours.
The organisers also say the show is built around three kinds of visitor: international buyers, domestic B2B buyers and domestic B2C buyers. In plain words, some people come to place orders and some come to look, shop and enjoy the evening.
There is a Visitor Registration button on the official site. We could not find a ticket price on the pages we opened, so check that page before you leave home instead of trusting a number from a forwarded message.
What is actually on
The official sector list is long. A few of the headline categories: ODOP displays, handloom, handicrafts and textiles, electronics and IT, automobiles and EVs, a defence pavilion, an aviation section, sports goods and toys, health and wellness, food processing and FMCG. Real estate, highways and development authorities also have a place on the list.
Beyond the stalls, the organisers list an evening line-up: cultural programmes, live performances, knowledge sessions, awards, a Khadi fashion show and a laser show on the legacy of Uttar Pradesh. For a family outing, that evening programme is the real draw.
Six partner countries, one venue
Austria, Belarus, Japan, Russia, Singapore and Vietnam are the partner countries for 2026. The organisers call it six nations on one global platform.
For scale, the same website carries quotes saying that the 2025 edition had participation from 80 countries, with Russia as that year's partner country. We have not seen a published country count for 2026, so we will not guess one.
Getting there: take the Aqua Line to Knowledge Park II
An earlier metro advisory, republished on the organisers' site for the 2023 edition, names Knowledge Park II on the Noida Metro Aqua Line as the nearest metro station to the venue. It is not a 2026 notice, so treat it as guidance and confirm on the day.
The Aqua Line runs from Noida Sector 51 to Depot station in Greater Noida, 29.7 km with 21 stations, according to Wikipedia's Noida Metro page. The same page records the line's busiest day so far as September 2025, with 74,370 passengers, during this trade show.
That number is our advice in one line. If the metro had a record day because of this event, do not plan on a relaxed drive to the gate. Take the train and decide the last stretch once you reach the station. We have not seen an official shuttle announcement for 2026.

Three mistakes first-time visitors make
- Turning up at 11 AM as a casual visitor. The official page labels that window as business hours. We cannot confirm whether general visitors are allowed in, so plan for 3 PM.
- Driving in. The metro record set at the last edition tells you what the roads and parking will look like.
- Skipping registration. Check the Visitor Registration page first. Rules change and we do not want you standing in a queue you did not need to join.
A sensible plan for each kind of visitor
If you have one evening
Reach around 3 PM when public hours open. Pick two or three sectors you actually care about from the official list, walk those first, then stay for the evening programme. Check the last metro timing before you settle in.
If you are going for business
Use the 11 AM to 3 PM window and register early. The Indian embassy notice for the show lists B2B matchmaking meetings among the benefits for hosted buyers, so if you are a buyer or supplier, sort out your registration before the show starts, not at the gate.
If you are visiting from out of town
Choose a stay with easy Aqua Line access, because getting to the station matters more than the raw distance. Greater Noida has plenty of options and we will not recommend a specific hotel we have not checked.
Why a property consultancy is writing about a trade show
Fair question. Here is our angle, stated plainly. An expo does not lift a property price on its own, and we will not pretend it does. What it shows you is how well the Aqua Line corridor handles a crowd, how many people pass through Greater Noida in a single week, and how the city behaves under pressure. That is useful to know before you buy or rent anywhere along the line.
If you want to see how an established township along that corridor feels, look at Pari Chowk, the next Aqua Line station after Knowledge Park II in Wikipedia's list of Greater Noida stations. Godrej Properties lists Godrej Golf Links in Sector 27 near Pari Chowk, opposite the Jaypee Greens resort. Both sides of that road are on our project pages: Godrej Crown Residences and The Peridona by CRC at Jaypee Greens.
